I am not a MacBook user, but I can try and provide some general advice for you...
- If you are able to log in to Canvas, check your "Courses" >> "All Courses" screen to see if your courses are listed there. In the far right-hand column "Published", check if the courses are published or not. If they are not published, your instructor for each of those courses will need to "publish" the course in order for you and your classmates to gain access to the content.
- Make sure you are using an up-to-date browser on your computer. For example, try using either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
- Try clearing your browser's cache/history. How do I clear my browser cache on a Mac?
- Contact Southeast Missouri State University's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department to see if they can help troubleshoot this with you. I found the following page on your school's website that might have some contact info for you: Student SupportNET | SEMO.
- Contact the Canvas Help Desk staff. They might also have some thoughts/ideas for you.
