One teach set up a Canvas course with two sections: BIOL.041.03 and BIOL.041.04
A student was transferred from one section to another section. So, the student is active inBIOL.041.03 but inactive in BIOL.041.04. We set the enrollment status accordingly using SIS import facility. Also, verify that the enrollment statuses for the student are correct.
But, the Canvas UI doesn't show that the student is active in one section but inactive in another section.
Is there a way to show the enrollment status information to the teacher through the Canvas UI?
See attached screenshot for the illustration.

Yep, that's a problem we've also seen with trying to display the "inactive" tag for one enrollment when the person is enrolled in more than one section. I'm pretty sure it's something to do with the code to display the tag conflicting with the formatting to display multiple sections.
Fortunately, the instructor can see which section enrollments are active by clicking on the student's name to open the "user detail" panel on the right. That panel will only show the sections for active enrollments, not inactive.
