Canvas Support Response Time for Admin

We have submitted several support tickets at the admin level and no one has responded.  We can't get our grade passback to Infinite Campus to work and we have been working on it for about 10 days with no response.  What is the best method for admin to contact technical support?

Since you are a Canvas administrator...do you have access to your assigned Customer Success Team at Instructure?  I wonder if they would be able to help you with the issues re: grade passback to Infinite Campus?  Just a thought...
