Canvas - Importing Moodle course - stuck on Queued

Hi all,

I am importing a .mbz Moodle2 course into a Canvas course shell. It is stuck on queued. See the photo - I've tried it twice and it's hanging there. 

This of course is something I need to get imported by Sunday! 

Any thoughts? Thanks!

Full disclosure...my experience with Moodle is next to zero (used it maybe once or twice several years ago...so I'm sure things have changed a lot since then).  I assume that you are following the steps outlined in this Guide?

How do I import content from Moodle into Canvas? - Instructure Community - 1158 (canvaslms.com)

It does indicate that you can use a *.mbz file.  Have you tried uploading a *.zip file instead (if that is available to you)?

It proabably took a long time, but is finished by now.

Canvas can take hours to work sometimes.
