Hey everyone,
Just wanted to give you a heads-up that Canvas has been a bit strange lately. It seems like not all the BBB conference recordings are showing up properly (check out the screenshots and the message from Canvas).
I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this or knows what's causing it?

I think we may have figured out the issue -- and a fix is being rolled out. Can you try it again and let us know if the refresh still results in an error?

Thanks for the screen shot! Can tell me if this issue is persistent or intermittent? Can you refresh the page and get the same error each time, or does the error only occur occasionaly?

I've been experiencing this issue for the past three weeks, and it occurs in all my courses. Refreshing the page results in the same error... 😞
