Can you separate peer review posting from instructor posting?

Currently, students cannot see their peer review feedback until I (as instructor) have posted their grade. Can you please separate peer review posting and instructor grading posting? I use peer reviews for drafting, so I do not give a grade before peer reviews need to be seen.

I understand we are wondering about when grading peer reviews, and commenting on them, the fact that the peer review would not be posted until you have posted grades. This is a functionality of how grades are posted on an assignment. I would think that to be able to separate the peer review being able to be posted independently of the grades, we would need a new feature request idea to do so as I am not seeing this functionality currently.
