Can't recieve an email confirming address confirmation

I'm a student. In my account I have the main address (that I have registered the first), the second and the third. My second email is confirmed. Now I want to make the main address my third email. BUT I can't confirm it, because I don't recieve the email with confirmation. Canvas can't send me the email with the confirmation of my third address. What I should do? I have tried many times, I have deleted the third address and then have written again. I want to highlight my third account with the star next to address BUT I can't recieve the email with its confirmation.
