Accessing CANVAS dashboard for 4th year medical students

I am a 4th year medical student CCP facilitator. I am unable to access CANVAS dashboard via University CANVAS portal. Please advise me? Thank you, Anne Black

@ablack6 Hello Anne, you will want to reach out to your institution's IT or Canvas support for this question.  This community is fellow Canvas users like yourself and we do not have any access to your university's systems to be able to help troubleshoot why you are not able to access your dashboard.
