Have you tried the QR option? How do I view a QR code to log in to the Canvas mobile apps as a student?
Sometimes that works even when the manual entry process does not. If this continues to be an issue, we highly recommend contacting your local tech support to explore your user account.
Let the Community know if you're able to get back into your Canvas Student app.
