School just started and none of my classes are registered in canvas.

It won't work on either my phone or laptop, only the school's computer has worked. When I go to my history it says access denied. My old classes won't delete either. School has already started and none of my classmates have this problem. I wasn't there the first day all day, but I was there for 1st period, and I was there all school day on the second day of school. How do I fix this?

Hi @AryanaReyes I know it's been a few weeks since you posted this question, so hopefully you've been able to figure out how to see your classes in the Student App! Based on what you are describing it sounds as if your App could use a refresh. If you are still having the issue, I would recommend logging out of the App entirely, and then logging in again. If you are seeing your current classes on the Canvas desktop version, they should also be appearing on the App. Good luck with school this Fall!
