Files not loading in Teacher app

When using the iOS Teacher app since Thurs 11/21/24, when I try to load files I see "spinners" but no files.

I tried restarting and shutting down my iPad.  I also deleted and re-installed the Teacher app.

Files are viewable from the Grades module of the laptop version.

I know that you said that you deleted and re-installed the app (which should make it so my recommendation is not needed) but have attempted to clear/reset the cache of the Canvas Teacher app?

Thanks for your reply.  I saw an option in my Canvas Teacher settings which said, "Reset cache on next launch" and I selected that.  Is that what you meant?

Yes, that is the setting that I am referring to. Have you enabled it and then proceed with attempting to access the "Files" area in the Canvas Teacher app?

Did that resolve the problem?

Sorry to hear that did not solve the problem.

Unfortunately, you have done everything (deleted and re-installed and reset the cache) that I am able to recommend.

Unless someone else in the Canvas Community has a/any suggestion/s, I would encourage you to report this directly to Canvas Support using the options that you available at your institution.
