An improved revenue management experience is available for admins and subcatalog admins. This update provides users with additional functionality to more easily manage revenue.
In the Subcatalog Admins page, the Manage Revenue toggle allows admins to give subcatalog admins permission to manage revenue.
By default, the Manage Revenue permission is turned off for subcatalog admins. The new revenue management experience is provided to admins by default.
Admins and subcatalog admins with permissions can manage revenue options in the Analytics page.
In the Orders tab, select the Manage link in the Revenue column to manage the revenue for an order.
Note: The Manage link only displays if the listing price is greater than $0.
In the Manage Revenue tray, users can set a new revenue amount and provide a reasoning for the update. Click the Save button to update the revenue.
Select the See history link in the Last Modified column to view historical details for an order. History tray details include: order number, purchaser name, revenue change details, date, and reasoning.

In the Analytics page, charts display data for listings, enrollments, orders, and users. This update conveniently provides admins with Analytics data in chart form.
In the Listings, Enrollments, Orders, or Users tab, click the Toggle Chart Visibility button to display the Analytics Chart.
Listings Chart
The Listings chart displays data for listings created.
Enrollments Chart
The Enrollments chart displays enrollment count data.
Orders Chart
The Orders chart displays revenue data.
Users Chart
The Users chart displays data for registered students.
Filtering Time Period
Users can set filters to display specific time periods in the respective charts.
