Unless otherwise noted, all features in this release are available in the Beta environment on 2025-03-26 and the Production environment on 2025-03-31.

New Features

Recommendation Engine Update on the Listing Details Page

Summary

The detailed listing page displays a Recommendations tab to enhance course discovery.

Change Benefit

This update helps learners discover relevant courses effortlessly while giving admins control over recommendation settings. 

Feature Workflow

View Learner Recommendations

Learners can view courses related to their previous purchases in the Recommendations tab of the listing.

Note: If Frequently Bought Together data is unavailable, the system automatically defaults to Catalog-wide recommendations. These fallback recommendations are aligned with user preferences to Most Popular or Trending.

View Admin Fallback Recommendation Types Drop-down MenuIn the Recommendation tab in Catalog Settings, admins can select a fallback recommendation type if there is not enough frequently bought together data for a listing by using the Fallback Recommendation Type drop-down menu.
