Canvas Catalog - Course Credits rounding between course tile and enrollment pages

I have several courses listed in Canvas Catalog with the credit value is less than 1, such as 0.03 or 0.07, etc.
Looking at these courses in Catalog, the course tile card shows the correct credit value (0.03 or 0.07). When clicking into the course to enroll, the credit value shows 0. It appears the credits are rounding down to the nearest whole number.
Does anyone know why, and maybe a workaround or possible solution to the problem?
