Can't Change Badge Visibility to Public

I'm encountering an issue with badge visibility settings today. I'm going into previously hidden badges to select "Display on issuer and organization public pages." However, the change is not applied after I save it, and I do not see the badge on the Issuer page. Is anyone else encountering this? 

Similarly, updates to the "print certificate" settings do not endure.

We discovered this problem today. We are unable to change the visibility to PUBLIC.
