I am trying to bulk award one of my badges but I do not see the 'Notify Recipient by email' check box. How can I email the recipients their badge?

Badge award notification settings have been moved to be under the Organization settings, and will not be sent automatically badges under for free/ personal Issuers. This was to resolve some inherent security risks as well as to mitigate these to the Organization level.

It looks like my organization is listed as a Personal Issuer, not an Organization. How can I change this to follow the steps on how to 'Edit Organization> Notification Settings'?
I have the same question... I've looked around the website, but it's not clear how to migrate a "Personal" account to an "Organization" account.
