Celebrate Excellence in Education: Nominate Outstanding Educators by April 15!
I have been loading YouTube videos using the YouTube tool within Canvas for a while now, but recently it isn't working. When I have a content page I can embed one YouTube video, but then I try to embed a second one and the YouTube just spins. I have tried going out of the course and then coming back into the course. I think the only thing that works is restarting my computer. I am sure there is some setting I'm missing. Please help.
Thank you,
Jane
Hi, @lanceja browser are you using? Please make sure you are using Google Chrome and it is the most recent version. Please give this a try and let us know what happens. Thanks!
I am using Google Chrome. I did clear my cookies and cache and that helped,
but I cannot clear my cache and cookies every time. I am sure there is a
setting in my cookies that needs to be adjusted. I just don't know what it
is.
Thank you,
Jane
