[ARCHIVED] Notability to Canvas issue

We are currently experiencing issues with students sharing a PDF from the Notability App on the iPad to the Canvas Student App.
After submitting via the app - we wait for the submission to load and receive confirmation from Canvas - this notification does not populate.
When we login to the web version from Canvas it displays the status bar of a submission - but it never loads the submission.
It seems this is a Canvas error not a Notability error.
The iPad is on iOS 14.7 - 15.2, Notability app - 11.0.10, Student App - 6.14.1 Are others seeing this as well?

You should be able to submit that in Canvas. Could you please submit a support ticket to Canvas so we can assist you with this?
