Celebrate Excellence in Education: Nominate Outstanding Educators by April 15!
I was submitting an assignment to my teacher in Canvas tonight and all of a sudden Canvas looked like this. I am attaching 2 images that I screen shotted to show you what it is doing. Any time I click on courses it does not go to anything but the dashboard page again. Please help!! I have 2 assignments due tomorrow evening I was going to work on but I cannot access them now. Thanks!

Hi @annhas2256 ,
It sounds like the first step will be to contact your school for a password reset. Sometimes school's use a different login system and hence the Canvas password reset won't trigger. I tried to have a look on your school's website for any relevant information but was unable to find any (apologies). I would recommend you reach out to them via the contact links Contact ECPI University | ECPI University and get into contact with your school's IT Support services (or any other official means you know you can contact them).
Once you have your password properly reset, you should then be able to re-log in and give Chrome another go, I am confident that once you are in Chrome (provided it is running a recent version) you should be OK.
I hope that helps!

Good evening, @annhas2256 ...
This is something that people unfortunately see from time to time. My friend, @stuart_ryan , has written a great blog entry called What to do when Canvas looks 'big' or 'zoomed in'!. Check it out, and see if any of the suggestions he offers will help to fix the issues with your Canvas environment. Come back to this thread to let us know if it worked for you...thanks!
This solution of yours is not working. Neither one worked. I have been using the Opera browser. I tried logging into Canvas from Google chrome and it is not letting me in. I hit reset password in case that was the issue (even though that password works on Opera) and no reset link is being sent to my student email. I am not sure what to do.
I cannot access any of my assignments! Someone needs to fix this.
Now when I log into Opera after resetting all of the history, it is asking for my email and password. The password I originally set up is no longer working and it won't send a reset link to my student email. Even though it has said it would 6 times now. It is not in my spam folder either.
