[ARCHIVED] Name change from Arc to Studio

Any word on when the icon will change to Studio in Canvas and what the actual icon will look like?  My users are already confused that the Guides say Studio instead of Arc.  I want to send a campus-wide message to let them know that the change is going to happen and when.

 @alward , starting on July 1 Studio (fka Arc) will display the Canvas icon. Canvas Support sent emails to Studio/Arc customers last week with information about this change, so please check on that, as the email might have been sent to your local Canvas admin as the designated point of contact.

I am the admin.  I have a message on May 20th telling me that it was going to change, but it doesn't talk about the icon or the guides.

Same here - I am an admin and didn't receive any email re: Arc/Studio icons. Our CSM did send along the new Instructure branded icons and guidelines, but there was no extra email received.

Update: The icon that appears in the Canvas UI has been updated, and this is detailed in the Studio Release Notes.

Sorry for any confusion this thread may have caused. We appreciate your flexibility as sometimes things change. Studio still doesn't have a unique "logo," but it was necessary to designate an icon that differentiates Studio in the global navigation menu and the Rich Content Editor.
