[ARCHIVED] LTI Class - Turnitin Name

I am writing to enquire why CANVAS created classes in Turnitin sometimes show as "LTI CLASS" in Turnitin rather the proper populated class name from CANVAS? Has anyone else experienced this and knows why this might occur?

See attached screenshot which shows how some populated correctly and then one just says "LTI Class".

@eharnett I had the same problem. It's reported on Turnitin as a known issue here https://help.turnitin.com/known-issues-integrations.htm#LTI-Class-issue

"If a course containing Turnitin assignments is copied and a student attempts to submit to the copied course before it is in any way edited by the instructor, the name of the copied course will automatically change to 'LTI Class' in Turnitin. The name is only shown differently when viewed in Turnitin; it remains the same in Canvas."
