There are a couple different ways that you can communicate with your instructor within the Canvas environment. One way to do this is by using the Canvas Inbox. Here's a short video tutorial for you: Conversations Overview (All Users) - Canvas Community. Another way you can reach out to your instructor is via the "Help" menu on the left-hand global navigation menu within Canvas. You should have a link in that menu to ask your instructor a question.
