I see nowhere for parents to contact my children's teachers. If I had no way to contact teachers last semester, my children would have without a doubt received lower grades rather than the straight A's that they ended up getting. WHY? Because teachers aren't perfect and sometimes make mistakes. They have a lot on their plate. I needed to contact many of them and the response was "oh, sorry about that, i made a mistake" or "oh sorry - i missed that". The lack of ease in contacting teachers - or the complete lack of ability to contact them - is a MAJOR problem.
