Celebrate Excellence in Education: Nominate Outstanding Educators by April 15!
I am a special education team teacher. How do I view the Gen. Ed teacher's EdPuzzle in Canvas? It either recognizes me as a teacher and asks me to update my settings or allows me to use Student view and gives me an error message. Thanks!

Hi @Wood13 - The way that EdPuzzle is connected to the teacher's account makes it so co-teachers are unable to view/edit content. In your situation, I see that being less than ideal, as you want to know what's in the content so you can support your students. I wonder if your Canvas Support team could create a student account for you so you can view everything but without submitting the work. Besides that, you'd have to work side-by-side with one of your students to see the material. Your log-in won't show you the content, based on your role in the course.

So even if a coteacher is on my Canvas page as a teacher in the course, they still can't access the edpuzzle content? My coteacher can grade all of our other Canvas assignments--are they just locked out of edPuzzle?
