[ARCHIVED] Canvas is way to slow.

Canvas is unbearably slow. I can't even load the page to send in a help desk ticket. When will this be fixed?

Hello,  @rpinkney  and  Welcome to the Canvas Community! Apart from the issue with Conferences noted at the top of Instructure Status , Canvas is not currently experiencing any slowdowns; you can always check the status page to see if the slowness relates to a Canvas issue.

You might try checking the browser you're using to see if it is out of date. Which browsers does Canvas support?‌ lists the versions that are currently supported; if the version of the browser you're using to access Canvas isn't listed there, update the browser and try again.

HELLO, our instructure canvas "https://americana.instructure.com/" is extremely slow since 12/04, pages takes 20 to even 30 seconds to charge now, can you guys help me see if its a acount problem or a user problem, what can i do? 

already tested on a lot of browsers, my coworkers have the same problem, pages take a LOT of time to load, no matter the internet nor the browser
