[ARCHIVED] Canvas App not working on Iphone 11

Hello All -

My Daughter is trying to use the Canvas Student app on her iPhone and when she opens the app and then selects the school name it brings up Safari and has a string of text at the top of the screen that reads " The resource cannot be displayed because the file extension is not being accepted by your browser. "

We have cleared the cache and tried to use another browser but the app by default picks up safari.

I would suggest you use the QR code feature of the app to log in:

i am having the same issue, but my county removed the qr code feature.

Im having the same issue and my district doesn’t have the QR code feature on. This is been going on for a least  4 weeks or so if anyone can help me find out how to get in that would be great.
