[ARCHIVED] Canvas App - 6 children

I have 6 children, all added to my Parent Canvas account through the website interface.  When I (and my wife) tried setting up the Canvas Mobile App (on iPhone), it only brought over 4 of the 6 children. When we tried added the missing two children through the App, it did not work.  We can see on the web interface that we are observing all 6 children.  Is there a limit to how many children can be viewed through the Mobile App?

Hi @harrisws  -- The Canvas Parent app should support all of your children. Are you using the most up-to-date version of the Canvas Parent (blue) app?
