Celebrate Excellence in Education: Nominate Outstanding Educators by April 15!
Good Day!
I was importing a course earlier today.
However, an unexpected connection loss made my upload stop.
Due to this, the status of the upload was stuck on pre-processing stating that file not available.
It seems that it blocks the next set of import.
How do I remove it?
Thank you

Hi agustin_jasper7
Only Canvas support has access to cancel an import in progress. Otherwise if you just want to blank out the course and start over you can utilize the reset course content option. https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-reset-course-content/ta-p/1136

How do I get Canvas Support to cancel an import that has been running for more than 24 hours? I don't want to reset the course!
