I am an Administrator and I have some students that display the Pairing Code option and some students it does not. I have confirmed that the students that do not diplay the option has never requested a Pairing Code before. Could you provide additional information as to why the option is not appearing for some students? What do I need to do or can you do to aassist so that these students parents can generate a code and have access to their Canvas account?
Hmmm. That seems odd that some are able to see the option and others are not. I wonder if it's a browser or cache issue. If their browser is up to date, and they've cleared their cache and it is still not working, you may actually have to submit a Help ticket to Canvas.
