[ARCHIVED] Can’t find school

Hello and I am having trouble finding my school into my canvas app on my iPhone , it was working totally done and all of sudden it kicked me out and I am trying to fond my school and it’s chamberlain university college of nursing it’s not showing me any school under that name and when I try to sign up it’s asking me for a join code and when I downloaded cancels a long time ago it didn’t ask me all that it was simple long in and now I am having troubles with it.

I don't find anything when I search for Chamberlain either.  Sometimes with the Canvas Student app you need to put in the full URL that the school uses for Canvas to find it.  Have you tried that?

I couldn't find your school either but I had luck with simply typing in chamberlain in the search and hitting "go" on the keyboard. It's possible this could still be the wrong login url since your school is using a portal, but give it a shot.

Sorry to hear you are still having an issue. It sounds like the issue might not be with the app, but the way your school authenticates into the app. I would highly suggest you contact your local Canvas support to see if they can look at your phone and suggest a fix.
