[ARCHIVED] Canvas is not working on MacAir laptop?

When I sign on it the course boxes on the dashboard are blank. I can not check any of my assignments or really anything. PLEASE HELP!

Katherine (and Jaqueline),

Chances are the issue is not with it being a Macintosh, but with not having an up to date web browser.  I use a Mac and usually suggest people use Chrome or Firefox for web browsers because they can typically stay up to date even if you are not on the most recent version of the operating system.  If you use Safari it sometimes is an issue because Safari only updates along with the OS.  So give Chrome or Firefox as shot and make sure they are fully up to date.
