[ARCHIVED] Can I assign a quiz to a group?

Can I assign a quiz to a group? I created three learning paths in a course. I can easily assign discussions and assignments to groups but I can't figure out how to assign the quiz to that group. Is it possible? The only thing I can figure is to type each students name in to who to assign it to. I was hoping to avoid that.

Hey, Kate!

At this time, it looks like you only have the option to assign the quiz to an individual, section, or everyone. You can check out the document here: What options can I set in a quiz?  

A work around, however, would be creating the quiz and not making it visible to the students. You could create an assignment and put a link to the quiz in the assignment description box. Then you could give that assignment to a group of students. I know it adds an extra step, but might serve as an alternative to achieve this task.
