A student got an error message: Ajax error: 0 after compelting an online Canvas quiz. Is this something to be concerned about?

Many pages send AJAX requests to a server. You can expect AJAX errors in the following (most popular):

JavaScript program receives an error response instead of data.
program has to wait too long for the response. (waiting on some data to load).
program has to wait longer than expected for the response.

I would instruct student to refresh or log out and back in go back into quiz to see if its still active/present.
