So it appears there's a widescale outage of Canvas, and it made me realize that without the Help Menu I don't have a way to file a ticket with Instructure. Doing a quick search of the guides did not prove fruitful. Anyone have info on how to contact them? Phone numbers or email addresses?

Anthony, whenever you can't access the help menu, you can contact Canvas Support directly by sending an email to support@instructure.com .
