@Bobby2 is spot on, this may be a misconfiguration that your lecturer can help with, however, from what I can see it may also be something that your School's Technology Services department needs to assist with (looking at where the tool is placed it may be a wider problem). I had a little dig and you can contact them via this page Contact Us - Grace School of Theology to let them know it is not working.
