Screen when logging in through Clever

Starting yesterday, we have many students in our district when logging into Master Connect get the following message:     A work around seems to be typing their district username in all three fields....

Trackers from a transfer school.

I have a teacher that transferred schools. We use PowerSchool and Clever and current year data/classes/enrollment are correct in both for this 24-25 year. Teacher only sees old/last years' school ...
