I have a teacher that transferred schools.
We use PowerSchool and Clever and current year data/classes/enrollment are correct in both for this 24-25 year.
Teacher only sees old/last years' school and cannot.
We had this issue all year last year for transferred teacher and I could email support and get this fixed.
Can I no longer get in touch with some kind of support?
Can we no longer contact support@masteryconnect.com?
I email several days ago, but know we are busy
