When I click "Get Started" it just opens and image file of this page.
We recently became aware that you do not have to turn on the Parent App, and several settings had to be adjusted to disable the app from connecting to our domain. This should be more clearly labeled and able to be toggled on or off.

If you have not already done so, please try going to https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Mobile-Blog/Voice-your-Thoughts-on-the-Canvas-Parent-App/b.... From there, please read that post and then access the survey from the link that has been provided in it.
