We’re excited to announce the Beta launch of our newly redesigned Catalog info page! This is your chance to explore the new features and improvements before they roll out to the production environment. Your insights will help us refine the experience. Please take a few minutes to explore the updates and share your feedback in our survey before the deadline on October 20st.

What's new in the Beta?

Here’s a quick overview of the new features and improvements you can expect on the revamped Catalog info page:

1. Complete redesign

The Catalog info page has undergone a full transformation to deliver a more intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experience. Whether you’re navigating through settings or checking your course offerings, everything is now more streamlined and accessible.

2. Flexible enroll button settings

You now have greater flexibility over the enroll button behavior. This setting can be customized at the Subcatalog level, allowing you to decide how users enroll, with the added convenience of inheriting settings from the parent Catalog.

3. LinkedIn Insight integration

We’ve integrated LinkedIn Insight for enhanced tracking and analytics. This new feature allows you to add a LinkedIn Insight script (LinkedIn Partner ID) for precise tracking of user interactions on your Catalog. For more information on how this feature works, check out this article, and for setup instructions, visit this guide.

4. Google Tag Manager (GTM) support

You can now add Google Tag Manager (GTM) to your Catalog, opening up more advanced tracking capabilities and improving your ability to monitor user behavior.

5. Optimized setting fields

Settings fields have been optimized for clarity, helping you easily distinguish between what applies to parent and child accounts.

6. New inheritance option

A new "Inherit from parent" setting has been added to simplify the configuration of Subcatalogs. This inheritance functionality is now extended to fields such as Measurement, TimeZone, and Google Analytics, giving you more control with less effort.

7. Meta description field

We’ve introduced the Meta Description field, making it easier to manage SEO settings for your Catalog pages.

8. Storefront settings reorganization

To enhance your experience with Storefront management, we’ve reorganized the New Storefront setting and moved it into a dedicated tab. This ensures a cleaner interface and easier navigation.

We want your feedback!

Now that you’ve seen what’s new in the Beta, we’d love to know what you think! Your feedback is incredibly valuable as we continue to improve and refine the Catalog experience before the full production launch. Please take a moment to explore the redesigned Catalog info page and fill out our short survey by October 20st.

Take the survey now!

Thank you for being a part of our community and for helping us make Catalog even better!

@matekiss Should we being seeing these things in our Beta instances?  Mine looks identical to production with none of these features.  The survey says it is under "Catalog info (new)" but I am not seeing that anywhere.

@matekiss I agree with @nwilson7 I am not seeing anything in our beta instance for this. This seems like a lot to push out in a short amount of time. Will this be in phases and in the release notes?

I see them now but neither "Catalog Info (new)" nor "Storefront" was an option when I posted my question this morning.

@matekiss I'm also not seeing these options in our beta instance in any browser I try. Is this not turned on for everyone/do we have to request access to these beta features? Can these beta features be turned on for Iowa?
