TalentMatch includes search functionality, some of which can be used from the dashboard, and all of which can be accessed from the Search Tab in the navigation:
A basic search may be executed by selecting options on the left and/or entering in search terms in the top "keyword search" bar.
The keyword search bar supports most boolean operators (e.g., AND, OR, NOT).
As you construct and refine searches, you'll a changing list of results in the main section of the Search page.
As shown below, you may sort your results by profile strength (i.e., the robustness of the user's profile), newest profiles, or relevancy (i.e., the exactness of the keyword match between your search query and terms found in the user's profile):
