How do I copy alignments from the dashboard in the Elevate Standards Alignment App?
The Batch Copy Alignments feature allows you to copy alignments for a collection of learning objects to one or many learning standard documents.
Create New Batch Copy Alignments
In the Dashboard, locate the Batch Copy Alignments tile. Click the Create New button.
Select Learning Object Collection
The Learning Object Collection is the group of Learning Objects you want to update alignments for. To view a list of existing collections or create a new collection, click the Load Collection button.
Select Collection to Copy

Locate and click the radio button next to the collection you want to copy [1]. You can also click the Create New button to create a new collection [2].
Click the Load button [3].

The Source Document is where users have existing alignments to the Learning Objects that they want to leverage in copying alignments to other documents. To select a source document, click the Select Document button.
Select Standard Collection
The Standard Collection refers to the set of Standards to which alignments can be copied or created. To view a list of Standard Collections or create a new collection, click the Load Collection button.
Select Rules to Follow

In the Using drop-down menu [1], you can select between Exact Derivatives, All Derivatives, or Crosswalks. Exact Derivatives and All Derivatives are defined as previously described in similar functionality in Align by Learning Object. The Crosswalks option copies to all standards that are mapped from the Source document to the standards in the Standard Collection.
You can also select to restrict which alignments are copied by clicking the Restrict copy to Learning Object grade(s)checkbox [2] or the Restrict copy to deepest alignable standards checkbox [3].
By default, users are sent an email when the copy is complete. Users can deselect the Email me when copy is complete checkbox if they wish to opt-out. [4].
Click the Copy Alignments button [5].
Confirm Alignments Copy Request

A confirmation box with a summary of the batch displays [1]. To launch the Batch Copy Alignments process, click the Confirm button [2].
