Dates not syncing properly on passback to PowerTeacher Pro

A couple of our teachers have noticed that sometimes we set the Due Date for an assignment to something like 10/5/18 and then when we look in our PowerTeacher Pro gradebooks, the assignment is dated 10/6/18.  Any idea why this is happening or how we can prevent this from happening?  It becomes an issue at the end of the terms.

We had a similar issue at the end of our quarter. The last day of the quarter was 10/12/18 and any assignments that were graded or added with that due date didn't sync with the first quarter in PowerSchool. As soon as teachers changed the due date from the 12th to the 11th, they synced.

Wondering if there is an issue with the time that accompanies the actual term end date in Canvas?

I’ve had this issue for a while and I was told by canvas it was a PowerSchool issue.
