Hello Canvas Community,
I use Canvas to teach high school classes and just one of my three courses has encountered an issue with quizzes during the last two days. I typically start each class with an entry task that uses the quizzes (new version) feature. When students submit, I have it set to show their score overall and on individual questions, but not the correct answers if they miss a question. See the attached screenshot with my settings.
Yesterday, students in all three sections of my course showed me that the screen turned white and failed to load their results upon submitting their quiz. What's strange is that it was universal across the day with no internet problems otherwise and that the quizzes showed their results as usual in my other two courses.
Has anyone else encountered this and if so, do you know of any fixes?
Thanks.

Hello and thank you for responding! I forgot to close this thread, but it fixed itself after a few days. I suspect it was part of whatever technical issues occurred at that time.
Couple of quick questions:
* Do you have any questions that would require you to touch them for them to grade (ie--anything that accepts partial credit, short answer, etc?)
* Have you checked the gradebook to see if you have those grades hidden? Sometimes if grades aren't "released" it won't let students see things.
Those are the first two things that come to mind that could be causing the hold up.
