New Quizes: Impact on transitioning to NQ if publishers still using Classic Quizes

Background:  Like most institutions, our instructors use various publisher integrations. 

For example, an instructor will use "X publisher's" text and "X's/the publishers" supportive materials available by the publisher for the adopted text.  The instructor will create quizzes from the publisher's quiz banks or just move from the publisher'-created quizzes from the publisher's platform to their (the instructor's) term coded Canvas course.  

Many publishers have yet to transition their quiz content to New Quizes. 

Our institution wishes to transition completed to "New Quizes" in a few months. 

Question 1: Will our institutions' completely transitioning to New Quizes prevent the use of these external publisher created Classic quizzes if we change administrative permissions to solely use New Quizes?

Congratulations @PamelaImperato on planning to transition to New Quizzes! The best place to go with your questions is to ask the publishers and let them know that your institution plans to make that transition. I hope that will encourage them to make their quizzes exportable in the QTI format, which can be imported into New Quizzes.
