Fill-in-the-Blank Dropdown backticks don't work well with subscripts

When you construct a fill-in-the-blank question with dropdowns, Canvas does not recognize the item if you use subscripts.

e.g. The headwaters of a river have high levels of `O2` results in the engine not recognizing that O2 is a blank.

However, The headwaters of a river have high levels of `oxygen` is successful.

HI @JamesDauray !

Since Fill-in-the-Blank question types do not have RCE in their Answers, the Question Stem cannot have a blank where the answer would have to be in RCE.  The reasoning is that if a FITB answer allowed RCE, it would be difficult to get an exact match if an instructor added a lot of rich text like fonts, font sizes, etc.

RCE is currently available in Multiple Choice, Multiple Answer, and Essay, so one way to use subscripts might be to use a Multiple Choice question where the answers could have the subscripts.
