New Quizzes has seen a lot of growth since it was unveiled to the world. What is your favorite feature of New Quizzes? What makes you excited to use New Quizzes?

I just love New Quizzes. My favorite feature has to be the alignment of questions to outcomes and then the outcome reporting. That totally rocks. My favorite question types are Hotspots and Stimulus. Thanks, @KristinL and the community team for giving us this space.

Probably my favorite is the new hotspot question type. You place an image and identify the hotspot. Students then can pick a spot on the image. If they are within the hotspot area, they will receive the correct status. Love using it for geography but also for things like in math (select the numerator) and other times when you need students to select something like the correct date on a calendar.

Feature idea: could be rad to have a multiple hotspot option where they point value depended upon selecting all correct or receive partial correct.

I like the fact that New Quizzes will include additional question types. It is always great to have additional options.  In general, I appreciate that Canvas creates changes to actually improve their product.  Unfortunately, many companies will periodically change features in ways that do not improve the functionality or value of the program.

I do not use Canvas but looking at the new quizzes feature it is awesome.  A great way to create multiple different types of quizzes.

I love the clean looking screen. It seems like it will be really easy to read and pleasant to look at.

I agree Lindsay! The clean and easier to read aesthetic makes it more accessible and less overwhelming.

I love the versatility of the New Quiz questions, especially matching and hot spot. The file upload is also great for my writing class since sometimes our quizzes involve pointing out what is wrong with a sample essay (document).

While I do not use Canvas, I think the value of the resource is immeasurable. My favorite aspect of the new quizzes section is the variety in formats and types of quizzes to encompass as much as possible. Fantastic resources!

This is the first time I’ve ever been on Canvas! The quizzes look fun!

I do not use Canvas as a staff member, but I am  currently using it as a student.  The different features for new quizzes I think would be a great way to change up quizzes without having a ton of fill in the blank.

I am a student that uses Canvas and quizzes have always been very easy to navigate through, especially now!

I like that you can have different types of questions in the same quiz! Not just multiple choice.

This seems to allow for much more flexibility in the way quizzes are formatted, and I think it will be a great asset to facilitate student learning opportunities!

I am new to Canvas but the multiple options New Quizzes provides seems to cover all bases when creating a test for a class.
