Tools & Accommodations
Individual Student Accommodations
Summary
Educators can apply tools & accommodations, such as rulers and calculators, to individual students. When enabled, students receive the selected tools and any tools otherfor each assessment.
Additionally, teachers can add Individual Student Accommodations for specific students by editing the student in their tracker and adjusting the settings in the Accommodations section of the Edit Student Modal.
Change Benefit
This update enhances personalized student assessment by assigning specific digital tools and accommodations to individual students and streamlines accommodation management for educators to add and manage individual accommodations directly within their student tracker.
Feature Workflow
District or School Administrators can add individual student accommodations on the Manage Students page using the Edit button within a student’s profile.
District or School Administrators can modify settings in the Tools & Accommodations section for Formative and Benchmark Settings. Changes applied here are available for the student in all their trackers.
NOTE: If the teacher changes the settings for a student in their tracker, these settings take precedence over the settings applied in the profile.

Summary
Districts delivering Mastery View Predictive Assessments & College Prep Assessments can choose to shuffle answer options for each assessment.
Analytics
% Correct Tooltip
Summary
A tooltip is added to all visualizations which include the % Correct metric, which provides essential details on how this metric is calculated.
Additional Data to Analytics Charts and Exports
Summary
Additional data is added to specific visualizations and their exports:
- A question sequence number is added to the Question Breakdown chart on the Assessment Results.
- Student Number and Student State Number are added to relevant charts and their exports.
Data Exports
Date Column on Data Exports Page
Summary
The Date Column is renamed to Date Exported. This column represents the date of the most recent export, including the date when an export was regenerated.
Security
Compromised Password Restrictions
Summary
New passwords are compared against a database of compromised passwords. When a user attempts to use a significantly compromised password, then they are restricted to continue until they select a new password.
Student Preview
Language Settings and Tools & Accommodations
Summary
When authors launch the Student Preview, all language settings and tools & accommodations features are available. These are only available during the preview. These features must be manually added.
