Student Assessment Submission

I have a student who was taking his test with the class. He did not have access to the test before test time. After he answered 1 question, the system kicked him out and said he was finished and gave him a score of 1%. I followed the directions to reset his test and deleted his responses. When he started again, it kicked him out again. What do I need to do???

I would reach out to your district admin for mastery connect to see if they can look into the issue. There might be a connection or SIS issue going on behind the scenes.
