Scrolling down in a tracker

Good Morning, 

As a teacher, if I am in a classroom tracker that requires scrolling down to see all student names, I cannot figure out how to scroll.  There is a scroll bar left to right, but I do not see a scroll bar up and down.  When I click within the name column, it brings me to a different screen with information about that one students.  

I appreciate any help you can provide!

Hi @AnnaKoester,

The best way to scroll up and down in a tracker is to hover the cursor in the middle of the tracker, and use the scrolling wheel on your mouse. However, if your mouse does not have a scrolling, I suggest contacting Mastery Connect Support. I hope this helps! Jen

The only way we have found to do this when having trouble with scrolling is to click inside one of the white score boxes and then you can use the return key.  This is also the way to allow a student to finish an assessment when they have already submitted (finished).  Click into their score or into any one of the white boxes of standard breakdowns and backspace to delete that score.  It will ask if you would also like to delete the student's answers.  Enter, and student will be able to reenter with a code or a link if it is published.
