I am trying to scan my bubble sheets and it keeps saying, "student hasn't completed the assessment".  Why does it say this.  Why can't I just scan my bubble sheets?

I would recommend looking over the community guide and make sure all the steps were followed to ensure the bubble sheets could be scanned. If you are still having issues after that I would submit a ticket.
